At 321 Coffee, we proudly employ over 50 people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This box symbolizes and is full of products that stand for allyship and advocacy — drink 321, rock your socks, and wear your pin with pride. Cheers to inclusion!
- The Box: Covered with the faces of 321 Coffee staff — each person on our team contributes something unique.
- The Coffee: This coffee comes from a farmer who has a daughter with Ds — let’s hear it for inclusive supply chains.
- The Socks: A symbol of Down syndrome Awareness (Ds) because people with Ds have an extra chromosome… which looks like socks!
- The Pin: Represents neurodiversity acceptance — celebrating the ability to think differently!
3/21 Day recognizes Global Down syndrome Awareness Day. People with Down syndrome have 3 copies of the 21st chromosome, hence the “321” in our name. This 3/21 Day, we are proud to celebrate disability inclusion and highlight the contributions of people with IDD to society.
