Hi everyone, and welcome to the blog!
I wanted to take some time to introduce myself – I’m Hannah, and I will be one of the blog contributors! I was introduced to 321 Coffee two years ago when their location was outdoors at the State Farmer’s Market in Raleigh and fell in love with their mission and dedication to creating opportunities for the IDD community. It has been amazing to witness their growth and impact on the Raleigh community since moving to be permanent vendors.

So, a little about me – I am from Greenville, North Carolina, and a third-year student at East Carolina University, where I am studying business management with a minor in communications. Following my graduation, I hope to work in sports media. In addition to my work with the 321 Coffee blog, I write freelance for the North Carolina Courage, a professional women’s soccer team based in Cary, and for The Daily Reflector, Greenville’s local paper. In my free time, you can catch me grabbing a cold brew from 321 Coffee, hanging out with my friends, or cheering on the Carolina Hurricanes.
I could not be more excited to share this blog with you all and am hoping to use it to highlight businesses that are owned and operated by individuals with IDD or benefit individuals with IDD. In the coming weeks, I will be interviewing business owners that do everything from public speaking, to selling coffee, to creating art, you name it… and I will be sharing their stories here.
If you would like to recommend a business for me to write about, please contact me via e-mail at hgmartin15@yahoo.com.
