Uplift is our boldest roast at 321 Coffee, crafted for those who love a rich, full-bodied cup. This dark roast brings together two exceptional coffees from smallholder producers in El Salvador and Honduras to create a bold, satisfying blend with plenty of depth.

The El Salvador component comes from the Apaneca–Ilamatepec mountains, where high elevations, rich volcanic soil, and a unique microclimate create ideal conditions for complex, flavorful coffee. The Honduran coffee comes from Lempira, a mountainous region in western Honduras where smallholder farmers grow coffee under shade trees in fertile soil.

The result is a full-bodied cup with deep chocolate notes, mellow nutty flavors, and just a touch of sweetness.
